Every Food Business Operator (FBO) is obliged by law
(852/2004/CE) to constantly self-monitoring is work to guarantee that food produced is compliant
with igienic and safety standards. Every employee of the production chain
is asked to put in place this obligation, irrespective of the phase he/she deals with.

In the Customer Area it is possible to activate the self-monitoring system, that is completely custom made, to allow your Customer to manage the maintenance and cleaning of the equipment installed in complete autonomy and to send you a warning in case of need by just using an APP. The customer can also print the reports required for internal audit.
